In the Talbit May development we have been improving the existing features, fixing bugs and making a huge update to the Talbit Slack app.

For the existing feature improvements, we have focused on improving reporting, 1on1s and coaching. In the reporting view, it’s now possible to view all company skills and search them easily. The updated My 1on1s -view shows all your 1on1-discussions and notes in a list and also you can see your upcoming 1on1s easily. In the coaching view, it’s now easy to add 1on1 notes directly from the coachee view.

For the Talbit Slack app – there are some major improvements. We have created a brand-new application home view, where you can easily see your current development sprint, latest feedback and feedback requests. You can now also request feedback from your colleagues with the Slack App.
