As a serial tech entrepreneur, I've created a unique path in agile, strategic, and skills-based talent development. My passion lies in transforming the way people learn, making it more impactful and aligned with business goals.
With a strong foundation in tech, product, and process development, I combine these skills with a deep focus on strategic, employee-centric, and inclusive people development. My approach is results-driven, collaborative, and transparent, always working to set clear objectives and deliver success.
Beyond my work in people development, I'm also the co-founder of Johtoryhmä (Executive Team), a network for women leaders in Finland, aimed at increasing female representation in executive teams and boards.
